Over the last 19 years, The Property Race Day has raised £3.5 million to support over 30 charities.

Over the past 19 years, The Property Race Day has raised £3.5 million to help children in the most acute need in the UK and overseas.

We build relationships with strong and stable charities whom we trust to deliver on our projects over the long term.  We only invest in bespoke projects which means we are able to track the budgeted and actual costs over their duration.  We typically prefer building projects, in line with our property industry focus, and we monitor and report on their success and impact over years in the future.

Our Chosen Charities for 2026:

Christina Noble Children's Foundation

The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF) is a British charity and one of the longest-serving foreign NGOs in Asia, operating in Vietnam for 37 years and in Mongolia for 29 years. They are dedicated to serving the physical, medical, educational and emotional needs of vulnerable children.

The foundation works to alleviate poverty and suffering by providing essential, grassroots humanitarian services to orphaned, abandoned, abused and neglected children, as well as communities severely impacted by years of poverty and the lasting effects of war.

At the heart of CNCF’s mission is a holistic, multifaceted approach aimed at protecting vulnerable children from exploitation and human trafficking. Since its inception, CNCF has directly assisted over 900,000 children and positively impacting the lives of more than two million people. CNCF will be using funds raised by The Property Race Day to help build a kindergarten in the Ger District of Mongolia.

The George Adamson and Tony Fitzjohn Wildlife Trust

The George Adamson & Tony Fitzjohn Wildlife Trust is focused on working in partnership with Kenya Wildlife Service on a restoration and rehabilitation programme within Kora National Park in Kenya. They invest in education to improve the lives and future opportunities of some of the poorest children in Africa.

With a multi-disciplined approach to their work, representing a spirit of dynamic ‘hands- on’ wildlife conservation they are focussed on the rebuilding of a safe and sustainable ecosystem, the protection of habitat and wildlife, and continuing the Trust’s vital community partnerships which have been operating in Kora for 20 years.

They work with some of the poorest communities in Africa, helping to build schools and provide clean water. The children they work with are in desperate need of our support, to improve their lives and future opportunities. PRD’s funding will enable the Trust to build critical infrastructure at four schools located on Kora’s boundary. The provision of this vital infrastructure is critical to the successful delivery of a better education to these children.

Action Through Enterprise

Action Through Enterprise is building hope in rural Ghana, where it is transforming lives through education, enterprise and inclusion. Children learn on full stomachs and with dignity because they provide meals, books and period products. Their groundbreaking work with disabled children means no-one is left behind.

Since 2012, they have touched the lives of 28,000 people, getting 4000 children through school, kickstarting 176 small businesses and bringing 400 disabled children into the light.

At the heart of their work are two Inclusion Centres - beautiful, useful, aspirational community spaces that give children access to books, computers and the internet, often for the very first time. Here, they provide business training for entrepreneurs as well as offering a safe and vibrant place for disabled children and their parents to gather, play and learn. With the Property Race Day support, they can continue their transformational work - and bring hope to even more communities.
