Welcome to the
Property Race Day 

The Property Race Day has firmly established itself as the property industry's day at the races. The Property Race Day is a remarkable occasion for industry professionals to network, enjoy thrilling races, and raise essential funds for child-based charities, both domestic and international. To date, we've raised over £3.5m, which has been instrumental in making this event a success year after year. In 2026 we are proud to be supporting LandAid, George Adamson Wildlife Trust, and Christina Noble Children's Foundation.

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Ascot on Friday 10th July 2026. The Furlong Club table application process will open soon & applications to ride in this year’s Charity Race are well underway.

The Property Race Day will take place on Friday 10 July 2026 at Ascot Racecourse – the opportunity for the property industry to come together for a day’s racing whilst raising funds for charity.

Table applications will open soon for the 2026 event. 

Our Auction

The TAYLOR WESSING silent auction will open on Monday 6th July and will close at 5.30pm on Friday 10th July 2026. We are again delighted to offer electronic bidding by Givergy for your convenience and ease of monitoring to give you the best chance of gaining your favourite lots.

How to bid:

From Monday 6th July, lots can be viewed and bids can be made via the official website.

On the day, you can bid by using your own smartphone, the freestanding Givergy stations around the dining room or the Givergy tablets on the tables.

The Property Race Day auction is renowned for offering a superb range of exciting and varied lots.
