Our Story So Far

As The Property Race Day approaches its 19th year in 2026,it stands as one of the property industry’s most enduring and impactful gatherings. What began as a single day with a clear purpose has grown into a flagship event, welcoming thousands of attendees over its lifetime and raising £3.4 million to date for exceptional charities around the world.

Each year, the event evolves: broader reach, deeper connections and greater impact for the children and communities it supports across multiple markets.

Looking ahead, our ambition is bold. With demand higher than ever and a loyalty-driven application process in place, we aim to welcome an additional 3,000 guests in the coming years and to raise £6 million for our charity partners by 2030.

Alongside this growth, we are committed to raising the bar, enhancing the networking experience, improving the digital journey so guests can better connect before race day, and continuing to make great strides with our partners at Ascot. We are proud of how far The Property Race Day has come, honest about where we can improve, and excited about where this journey can take us — and we would love you to be part of it.

Over the last 19 years, The Property Race Day has worked with and supported over 30 charities with £3.5 million raised to date.

Our focus is to support projects with lasting and generational impact – often over multiple years. Our objective is to improve lives and communities with infrastructural projects.

There are several ways to take part in The Property Race Day 2026: 

  • Host clients or colleagues with a table in the Furlong Club [Attend as an individual or group with grounds tickets]
