Welcome to The Property Race Day

A message from the chairman

The Property Race Day, which is now entering its eighteenth year, has firmly established itself as the property industry's day at the races. PRD has raised in excess of £3.2 million to date for our chosen charities including LandAid.
In 2022 we seated 900 guests for lunch and raised a record-breaking amount of almost £350,000. We hope to do the same in 2024 - demand for tables continues to be incredibly high.

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Ascot on Friday 12th July 2024. There are some sponsorship opportunities available and a few places in the PRD charity race so please do get in touch if you would like to know more.
Corporate support remains invaluable to the fundraising efforts of the day.

The 16th Property Race Day will take place on Friday 12 July 2024 at Ascot Racecourse – the opportunity for the property industry to come together for a day’s racing whilst raising funds for charity.

Table applications are now oversubscribed, however wristbands for the PRD Festival Lawn are still available.

Charity Race Day

The Property Race Day has been proud to support so many hugely worthwhile charities both here in the UK and abroad. LandAid, the property industry’s charity, benefits each year, whilst, other charities we have supported over the years have finalised inspirational three year projects with our help.

We aim to reflect the property industry’s ever-generous support by selecting charities involving elements of construction, and in the process achieving our charitable mission, in helping children anywhere in the world by alleviating poverty and suffering, improving health and providing opportunities for education and training.

The TAYLOR WESSING silent auction will open on Monday 8th July and will close at 5.30pm on Friday 12th July 2024. We are again delighted to offer electronic bidding by Givergy for your convenience and ease of monitoring to give you the best chance of gaining your favourite lots.
How to bid:

From Monday 8th July, lots can be viewed and bids can be made via the official website.
On the day, you can bid by using your own smartphone, the freestanding Givergy stations around the dining room or the Givergy tablets on the tables.
The Property Race Day auction is renowned for offering a superb range of exciting and varied lots.
