on Friday 10th 2026

The Trackside Village is where The Property Race Day comes alive. Set on the lawns below the finishing straight at Ascot Racecourse, this is a festival-format day out in the heart of the property industry with live racing, great food and drink, world-class entertainment, and the connections that matter.

Tickets are £51 per person. Don’t miss it!

The Summer Party

Season Starts in Style

at Ascot

DJs will be keeping the energy going from 3.15pm, playing between every race from the JLL Handicap Stakes onwards, with a live act taking to the stage at 5.45pm to close the day in style. Whether you’re celebrating a winning bet or just soaking up the July sunshine, the Village has the soundtrack to match.

This is the summer party the property industry has been waiting for.

Eat, Drink, Repeat

The bar is open from the moment you arrive at 1.00pm, with street food vendors serving from 1.30pm. There’s no need to plan around a sitting, just turn up, eat well, and enjoy the afternoon.

Your ticket also gives you access to the full Queen Anne Enclosure and all food outlets across the racecourse, so there’s plenty to explore throughout the day. We’ll be sharing the full food and drink line-up closer to the event.

The Whole Industry,
In one place

The Trackside Village brings together hundreds of property professionals for one of the most enjoyable afternoons in the industry calendar. And this year, every ticket holder, Furlong Club and Trackside alike, gets access to the official PRD App, making it easier than ever to make the most of the day.

Use the app to browse the full guest list, connect with attendees ahead of the event, plan your afternoon, follow the racing, and place bids in the silent auction, all from your phone. It’s your guide, your network, and your race day companion, all in one place.

Download it from late June and start planning who you want to catch up with before you even arrive.

Outstanding Value. Incredible Cause.

Your £51 Trackside Village ticket includes full access to the Queen Anne Enclosure and all general areas of Ascot Racecourse, one of the world’s most iconic venues, as well as the full PRD festival experience: seven races, DJs and a live act, street food and the bar across the Village, and the PRD App in your pocket all day.

Every penny above the base cost of entry goes directly to charity. Every Trackside Village ticket sold generates a commission donated in full to our 2026 charity partners. So when you buy a ticket, you’re not just buying yourself a brilliant Friday afternoon, you’re making a direct contribution to causes that matter. [Find out more about our charities here.]

And if that’s not reason enough: in 2026, the Charity Race returns. The Foundation Developments Charity Race is the final race of the day, and afterwards, the riders come straight into the Trackside Village to celebrate their incredible endeavours on the track. There is nowhere else you’d rather be at 5.30pm on a Friday in July.
