The answers below apply to Furlong Club tickets.
The Furlong Club is the premium hospitality enclosure at The Property Race Day, a first-class day of dining, racing and networking in a private marquee on the course, above the Trackside Village. Furlong Club guests are welcomed with the PGIM Champagne Reception and a three-course lunch in the marquee and are free to come and go into the Trackside Village throughout the afternoon.

- The Furlong Club: access to an exclusive trackside hospitality marquee, with close-up views of the racing and a comfortable space to mingle

- Networking and entertainment: networking throughout the day, from the reception through to the post-race party with music and entertainment

- If you are travelling on the AJ Gallagher, Artex Property Race Day Express Train, it departs London Waterloo at 9:47am (please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure) and arrives at Ascot at 10:50am, a 10 minute walk from the racecourse, in good time for the 11:00am gates.
- Ascot Racecourse gates open at 11:00am; the PGIM Champagne Reception begins at 11:15am, followed by the three-course lunch in the Furlong Club marquee from 12:15pm. Please have your ticket ready to scan before you travel, and note that bags are searched on entry to the racecourse.
- You can enter the racecourse via the main entrances — Turnstiles East and West — with the Pavilion entrance also open regularly. Left luggage is available in Ticket Office West, subject to availability; it opens when the gates open and usually closes about half an hour after the last race (this can depend on any post-racing entertainment on site).
- Attendance is typically arranged through corporate table bookings or sponsor invitations. Sponsors and companies can purchase table packages, tables usually seat 10 guests in the Furlong Club hospitality marquee. You can also register your interest on our website via the application form.
- For questions about booking tables or tickets, email enquiries@thepropertyraceday.com.
- Invited guests receive an email with a secure link to confirm attendance and submit any required details (such as contact information and dietary requirements). Once you complete this online form and grant permission for ticket processing, you are issued an official digital ticket (e-ticket) via the event's ticketing partner. The e-ticket can be downloaded to your smartphone and serves as your entry pass on the day. Please complete any ticket confirmation forms by the stated deadline to guarantee timely ticket delivery and access.
- The Trackside Village booking route (tickets via the Trackside Village page at £51 each) sits in the Trackside Village set, not here.
