About The Property Race Day

The Property Race Day is now celebrating its twelfth year, having raised over £2 million for children's charities. Beneficiaries to date include; SOS Children's Villages, Hope & Homes, LandAid, Starlight, Daktari Bush School, Plan UK, Project Hope UK, The Children's Trust, WellChild and Sebastian's Action Trust. The day has quickly established itself as a key date in the property calendar. This year's event will take place on Friday 13th July, 2018, where our principal aim is to continue raising funds for extremely well deserving charities.

The event will take place at the world-famous Ascot Racecourse in the main Pavilion. This offers the perfect opportunity for networking within the sector, whilst, the free CS2 Property Race Day Train will take guests directly from London Waterloo to Ascot.

The day will include a champagne reception, seven races, a live and silent auction and a post racing live band.

David Erwin

The Property Race Day, which is now in its twelfth year, has firmly established itself as the property industry's day at the races. PRD has raised in excess of £2 million to date for our chosen charities including LandAid.

In 2017 we seated over 850 guests for lunch and will do the same this year - demand for tables has been incredibly high.

There are still some sponsorship opportunities available where your business can benefit from the exposure The Property Race Day and Ascot Racecourse provide. Business support remains invaluable to the fundraising efforts of the day.

Ride In Our Charity Race

The 2017 Property Race Day saw the inaugural running of The Foundation Developments Charity Race which raised approximately £50,000 for the Property Race Days' chosen charities. The race is run every other year, so we are pleased to announce the return of the race in 2019!

If you are interested in joining a select few intrepid professionals for an oppurtunity of a life time, please check out the details on the attachment below and don't miss out in fulfilling a racing dream by riding over Ascots famous straight mile.

For further enquiries about the race please contact Chris Dickin- 07795 114 686. Chris will be able to talk through all the finer details having ridden in the race previously.

The rules are simple. You must work in the property industry, be an amateur rider and be able to source a qualified racehorse. Participants are required to raise a minimum of £5,000 sponsorship for the events official charities, whilst slimming down if necessary to weights below 12 stone. It is also requested that in the absence of an Amateur Jockey’s Licence riders will need to complete an Assessment Course approved by the British Horseracing Authority.

So get involved. Its all for a great cause, providing the industries most fearless riders with an opportunity to abandon their city desks, computers and phones, and to become jockeys for a day.
